why?

added event boilerplate for swapchain recreation
needed to change window in create and constructor to not const

hides poll events from User, so i can't be forgotten

adds basic events like mousemovement, resize or keyEvents
This is only the basic code to fetch these events not to handle the actual event

added event struct to projekt
supports lambda functionality of event handling
main of first triangle will add a example
