CI Tool: Build Doxygen documentation and upload

Some lazy people (@agauggel) needs Doxygen documentation in their web-browser but they don't want to build it themselves (Windows and installing Doxygen, I guess).

So maybe the CI-Tool could build the Doxygen documentation as HTML and upload it to a userpage or into the Wiki... I don't know.
